Good Technique Makes Good Teaching
“Learning makes good technique, and techniques make best
teaching.” In education, we follow many techniques and day-by-day, year-by-year
we feel progressive change in education. Teachers, students and parents are the
most important factor of the education. If all these means do equal and
effective participation in education then we can say that the learning of
students is going in the right way.
For instance, I gave a survey project to my students to
collect data from their ward or mohalla, about literacy and then present it. I was very happy
because of the cooperation of all students. Good communicators interacted with
the families and one of them recorded the data, some students prepared the
draft of the presentation and all of them were ready to present their work in
class.
I think, this was the type of collaborative learning
because not only did the students interact with each other, but also tried to
use the best quality of each one of them. They learnt by collaborating in
teams, and also every student was able to understand everything about the topic.
